FYI he copied/adapted this from his own House RP's interest post (http://wintreath.com/forums/index.php?topic=3378.0). A shame it never got started, considering how he's had it in the works for years now.

Edit: another excellent resource for Wintrean worldbuilding is Weissreich's Establishment of Setting (http://wintreath.com/forums/index.php?topic=1057.0) thread. It contains a timeline and overview of various aspects of society.

True, though it really needs to be read in conjunction with the Establishment of Setting topic to be fully understood.
