Title: Seating act for the 18th Underhusen [Discussion]

I want to make 4... I know no one else does... But I want to make it 4...

We've never had 4... also it's the lowest possible number, I've wanted to see what a very small UH would be like... though I realised that without something like the "Speaker Emergency Powers Act" it could be very untenable... the main worry about it has been ties with UH votes; but the way I see it the odds of that are quite unlikely especially considering how quiet the Storting has been.
It could possibly make the election slightly more competitive as well...

I totally understand you guys not wanting it :) and if so we can just default to the "Default Seats of the Underhusen Act" :)
