The World Fair 2015 was strong in dedicated involvement from Canada this year. I am talking about Almonaster, one of a great team from several regions who were responsible for getting the whole show up, and making sure it all ran smoothly. The other members of this crack team were the good folk of the region Greater Dienstad (host region - especially The Macabees, United Gordonopia and Lamoni) and of course the committee - Todd McCloud, McMasterdonia, Astarial, Almonaster, Sopo, and The Grim Reaper (Honorary)

This months postcard comes from the Canadian extension of the Wysterian Museum, located on the Canadian forums here (http://z8.invisionfree.com/NationStates_Canada/index.php?showtopic=6312&st=0). We are very honoured to have such varied and inquiring exhibitions brought to us by Celestial Maple of Wysteria at regular intervals. Everybody is welcome to call in and visit the museum at any time. The particular postcard we are sharing with you this month comes from April Surgent's body of work where she creates cameo style engravings from photographs taken from daily life. This particular image has also been adapted by Almonaster for his current avatar:

Thanks for the update! Like I said before, it's exciting to see Wintreath mentioned in your dispatch! I'm glad that Canada is enjoying the puzzles. Congrats on 1000 members as well...considering the steps people have to go through to get to a regional forum (be recruited, move to the region, go to the forum, and register), 1000 is a major accomplishment. :)

This month has seen a review of our diplomatic ties with our various regions.

Canada is having a great time visiting our friends inTexas (https://www.nationstates.net/region=texas). I'm happy to announce a trade deal was made and an endless supplies of Texas BBQ and Canadian Maple Syrup will be crossing the boarder!

It was a sad day when Canada had to close down some Embassies due to inactivity.

Ministry of Internal Affairs.

We have a new Minister of Internal Affairs!

The incumbent, disposablepuppetland, had been low on activity for a while and eventually allowed his citizenship nation to CTE. That prompted a challenge from Sir Pierre Trudeau. Almonaster also decided to run, and a robust campaign followed. In the end, Almonaster was voted into office on a 10-3 margin.

We would like to thank disposablepuppetland for his hard work over his time in office, and are glad to see him back and active in his other role as regional cartographer.

A quiet time for the MoEA. Canadians have been getting around the NS world having fun, but there haven't been any major special events in the last half year or so.

The year kicked off in Canada with an impromptu party celebrating our much loved delegate ParrrrTay's total of 11 years in office.
