Hey there everyone!
After playing out the first game, I wanted to see if there was interest in having this continue as a monthly thing. We have enough people to play, and I can certainly find more people to take part if we did want to make it a regular thing.
Also, if we DO make this regular and there are people that want to take the reins on a game, then we can keep it fresh and interesting with different people hosting each month.
Until more interest arises, however, I'd be happy to host Werewolf #2 and throw out a more familiar theme. I'll also introduce a new role to show a little more about why the game can be pretty awesome. You think Werewolf is fun with the Seer/Defender and Werewolf? Wait until you meet some of the more hybrid roles such as the Gambler, or the Assassin, or the Witch, or even the Elder. Each of those roles have the capability to turn the game in a whole different direction.
For those interested in hosting but aren't sure about the whole theme thing, it's perfectly alright. You can create a Werewolf game out of any popular show, movie/show, book/ or play that you've come across, it can be something completely original, or it can be the basics of a village in a forest and a werewolf on the loose...there's absolutely no limits on what you can do with it.

I'm definitely interested in more Werewolf...I just hope I'm not the first person offed next time. :P
And just so you know, the Government of Wintreath is here to support you...if there's anything we can do to help you, please let Amalya or I know. If you want us to try to promote the game to our diplomatic partners, let me know as well. I think we could send an invitation to our embassies. :)

Once the next game starts its sign ups, that'd be a fine idea. I'd advertise it over in 10KI and grab some of them over, and I think the more that participate, the better. Since it's a game that really gets people talking once it gets going, I think it'd be a fantastic ice breaker as far as ambassadors and other members from foreign regions go.
-
I'm absolutely interested in playing again. I think some of the ideas we talked about in the game thread, like bigger games and a must-lynch rule would improve the game a lot

I wholeheartedly support another game, and would love to take part. I'll also take a quick second to mirror Moot's post, and add that the door to my office is always open should you need a hand with anything.

I'd participate in another game, perhaps with some other roles and rules as everyone else said.

This is normally a welcome rule if the list of participants is big enough. If it's not big enough, it can make a game go by really fast. If there's enough people in the next game, I'll implement it the same way that I implemented the extensions penalty.

I'd be game for another, er, game. Might I suggest an OOC thread, though, as that's a nice place for the deceased (for larger games, as it were) to wail and not derail the main thread? It wasn't a problem in the first game, as it was relatively small, but it's simply an idea. c:

I would prefer if the deceased do not communicate with the living and end up exposing the Werewolves' identities. Especially when we are dealing with a dead Seerman.

I feel that continuing and expanding Werewolf is a fantastic way to connect with other regions. Speaking from experience, I'd say it can really help ambassadors connect. :)

It wouldn't be for them communicating about current events in the game, per se. They're dead, what do they know about what's happening in the game as it continues?
In previous games that I've been part of, the OOC thread was treated as an "Afterlife" of sorts. But it's simply an idea for if/when the game becomes larger; food for thought.
-
So when the dead appear in Werewolf, I've always been used to a "Dead Thread" PM to which more and more dead would be added when they were offed. They'd get the insight as to who everyone was, and they'd be able to watch the game and talk about it with each other in the PM.
I thought about throwing it into the first game, but like with the roles and rules, I wanted to ease everyone into the idea of it before really taking off and showing what can be done in the game to make it really stand out.
In future games, there will be a dead thread PM to chat in, depending on whether or not the person hosting wishes to have it. My games, however, will almost definitely have them.

So...when might we expect another game? :P

I'm debating if I want to start one when it's getting close to Christmas time, or if I want to wait until it's over. Though I could start sign ups near the time and start the game itself sometime after Christmas.
