A while back, Laurentus suggested making Point Breeze and Reon Paragons (http://wintreath.com/forums/index.php?topic=4619.msg108890#msg108890), in addition to Colberius X.
Thoughts on bestowing the honor on PB? I did not know him very well, so others would need to provide reasons why.

Much the same as the topic we're discussing in the UH for Reon.
As I said with Reon's, any info anyone could add would be invaluable.
Here is a recent adjustment to legislation proposed by North:
First off, edited to be parallel in grammatical structure, and also more in line in formatting with existing laws. Also included his current username.
Title
1. This act shall be cited as the Point Breeze Paragon Act.
Recognition
2. Wintreath commends Point Breeze (PB) for:
(a) Being an exemplary example of Wintreath spirit on an international scale
(b) His outstanding work welcoming and fostering new members in Wintreath
(c) His commendable dedication as a mentor to new Wintreans
(d) Pioneering new and innovative methods as Jarl of Integration
(e) His dedication and commitment to the betterment of Wintreath
3. Point Breeze is hereby elevated to the rank of Paragon.
Would suggest splitting sections noting Point Breeze's accomplishments and recognizing the effects of his work, as was done in the Weissreich Paragon Act and Pengu Commendation Act.
Would also suggest adding in more concrete accomplishments, perhaps to complement the current ones in the draft as well.

Added f to reflect his service in the UH. I think that this is more than enough to warrant a Paragon status.

Considering how much he essentially revolutionized the field of Integration before he disappeared, I think he's definitely deserving of this status. That area was made much better and much easier for newer members to get established when he was appointed.
I was actually disappointed when he left because I was hoping to see how much more he could do.

Indeed, when I wanted to test the potential of guilds, I chose him and his department specifically as the best case scenario. It wasn't, of course, since guilds just don't work for everything, but still.
