    2. The Thirty-First session of the Underhusen shall be composed of four (4) seats.

    If we wish to have a smaller UH, we would need to pass a new seating Act. If not, should we pass another Seating Act re-affirming 5 as the next UH size?

    I think keeping it at 5 is the best option as I don't see much reason for decreasing it.

    Why decrease it though? We have past terms to go off of with respect to small sizes, there is no particular reason I can see for decreasing it to four.
