(OOC: Ah you just used the member code. Yeah, that doesn't work.)(OOC: That must have been some lightning editing Doc, because I wasn't notified :P )
(OOC: Strange. I never edited it in the first place. I assumed that having the right member ID would notify even if I'd put something silly like, idk, Michael Cera in the text to be displayed. Evidently I was mistaken.)
Can we imply our roles? The answer to the first would be "yes" as that's vague enough to mean several things while the second answer is getting quite specific. Remember, you're wanting to give vague enough answers to not help the Spy but still let the other non-Spies know that you're not the Spy. But it's not like I'll punish you or anything if you pretty much state your role -- you'd just be hurting yourself by helping the Spy. Unless you're the Spy -- just don't be a dick and ask too specific a question that would pretty much force them to give their role away. :P
Obviously stating (as an example) 'I'm a celebrated actor' isn't kosher, but what about 'oh, the theatre is my life!' or words to that effect?
If the answer to the former question is yes, followup: if it was '...is my livelihood'? Where do we draw the line between implying and functionally stating?
We're in a major European Cathedral are we not? :P@Gerrick is being too specific in the wrong direction allowed?
Per the PM,Right, but depending on interpretation, that may mean that answers that are too specific are still wrong. Of course, that'd be unfair, I just wanted a confirmation.
For the purpose of this game, the spy will only need to specify that they are in a cathedral to win.
So...nice work Sir Robin.
Also out of curiosity which cathedral were we actually in then @taulover ?So not only were you a spy, but a Heretic! For you did not realize that you were in the house of the One True Faith! :P
