A revival of an old proposal that I had, it's basically the same as it was.

Skrifa have forty-eight hours to discuss after which a motion to vote may be made, absent a motion to expedite.

I have a few initial comments about this:

1. Who/what is Sealand? Is it a nation or what? If it's a nation, could you provide a link to their nation page?

2. What does "declaring war" even mean in this region, anyway?

3. You mentioned this is a revival of an old proposal you had, but I can't find that old proposal.

4. I can't tell; is this a joke proposal? Why exactly are we "declaring war" (whatever that means) on someone over Potatoeism? And by this logic, why haven't we "declared war" on Doc and whoever else is a heretic?

should be: "officially declares" or maybe just "declares"
It's odd that this makes it sound like it's introducing a list of multiple items, but then there's only one reason that follows.

Sealand is an 'Actual Real' Micronation, in the sense that it's a legitimately existing entity in The Real World. It's not an actual nation, but by god they make a decent claim.

Simply on the grounds of that alone we should reject the idea of having our internet community declare war on something that has some form of basis in actual physical reality, even if by certain metrics it's about as real as a Wintrean nation is.

Also his former proposal is here. Considering he leads with 'joke proposal'...

1. Sealand is a micronation.
2. That a state of war exists between Wintreath and the entity upon which we are declaring war.

4. I am introducing this at the behest of my fellow Skrifa that urged me to introduce this bill. Also Doc is a person, not a nation.

Although Doc kinda sums up this proposal:

He's asking that our government (which exists purely in the digital realm) declare war on a fake nation that nonetheless has some physical presence in the real world, for the purposes of promoting a fake religion.
Personally, I'm opposed to it, because firstly, I'm a tomatoist and far more importantly it's a ridiculous idea.

Since it has been well over 48 hours since this has been proposed, we need to motion for something. I motion to table this. I’d rather focus on more productive things the Storting could be doing.

I haven’t really looked at what Chanku’s working on in that pastebin document, so I will try to take a look at that. I hope we can focus on things like that rather than joke proposals.
