No.... the solution is that someone has to die. Lots of someones. Otherwise we all will. Heck, at this rate, we all will die before our time.

The thing about overpopulation is that it isn't a first world problem, it's a third world one. The biggest birthrates are in shitholes because they're still used to half of the little crotch dumplings keeling over before they hit the ripe old age of 9 years old. So no, I don't think we should be letting people die of plague thanks to a few crazies. At least not here.

I honestly don't believe the problem is overpopulation, but income inequality. People in these third-world countries aren't dying because we've hit the cap on how much food or healthcare or clean water we can provide, but because they can't afford those things...while at the same time the 8 richest men control as much wealth as the poorest half of the world. It's just obscene, and we should be trying to fix that problem before condemning the most helpless of us to death.

Once developing countries get this problem solved, the global population will stabilize, and overpopulation will no longer be as much of an issue as it currently is.

Also I'm just going to say, the anti-vaxxers saying that they don't want to vaccinate their children because it causes autism has disturbing undertones, basically saying something along the lines of: "My child contracting a horrifying and potentially lethal disease is better then my child living and having autism." So yeah, they are somewhat implying that death is better than having autism...

Income inequality is pretty much a fixture of human society. It won't be going away until we've abolished money after we're able to synthesize literally everything and there's no need for it because there is no scarcity to give things value.

So back onto the topic of this thread I just finished an immunology course at a college near where I live. The only study that claims vaccines cause autism was based on fraudulent data and sources that were not legitimate. No other study has found any links between the two and have constantly disproven the false study.

Anti-vaxxers jeopardize herd immunity as their numbers go up. By lowering the percentage the chance of a major outbreak of certain diseases go up. If herd immunity keeps dropping we will see some very nasty diseases rear their ugly heads again.

For everyone whether you vaccinate or don't, when herd immunity goes down you will see nature in full, the obscene face of the goddess revealed.
