Hey folks! Since there was enough interest, I'll now be taking applications.  Rather than deciding on a single game, you'll get the option to choose which game you wish to be a part of via choices you make in the application (or just say outright your preference).

*AD(H)D: Sims with this trait have a hard time focusing unless they’re staring at a screen.  They love to have fun and be creative, but they get bored very easily.

*Artistic Savant:  These are Sims that are gifted in the arts, whether they’re musically inclined, a master of the written word, or something else along those lines.  While they may be masterful in the field of art, they tend to be more nervous and awkward in social situations, and can be prone to being embarrassed more than other Sims.

*Curious: These Sims love to wonder and learn about everything around them, and become bored or frustrated when they’re not doing so.

*Determinator: These Sims can work through anything.  They rarely need to take care of themselves because they’re too busy achieving their goals and loving life.  They’re the ultimate hard workers!

 *Dunce: These Sims are a bit dense and slow.  However, Sims with this trait tend to excel in athletics or the field of Comedy.

*Excitable: These Sims tend to get excited about everything!  Their energy makes them able to gain friends easily.  The downside is that these Sims always need to have fun and be on the go, otherwise they get distracted and frustrated easily.

*Paranoid: Sims with this trait are never comfortable, always worrying about everything.  They gain experience very slowly in skills that may be considered dangerous.

*Silly: These Sims tend to be more playful than others.  They tend to find focusing decor as well as serious Sims quite boring.

*Socially Awkward: These Sims have a harder time in public, and have a more difficult time making new friends.  They also are prone to becoming embarrassed more easily than other Sims.

This has absolutely no time limit; you're welcome to submit applications for as long as you want.  If you're making multiple characters, just fill out multiple applications (such as if you want to take part in both games) and spoiler them separately.

Houses are limited to 3 characters at maximum because of the starting funds being limited, and I don't plan on using cheats for you guys.    If you say that you want Wintreath roommates, you'll be paired with others on here.

I'll be working on your sims tomorrow since I have the day off.  I hope to see more applications appear. 

And this is just a note that I purchased both expansion packs, the three Game Packs (Spa Day, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat), and 2 stuff packs (Perfect Patio stuff and Cool Kitchen stuff) for Sims 4, so all of the jobs, traits, locations and the like that comes with those are now available, including the active Detective, Doctor, and Scientist careers...as well as the Baker, Restaurant Owner, and Photography, and Retail careers.

So I don't know how it was missed when I posted the application, but Career Path has been added in between Lifestyle/Lifetime Wish and pets.  Links have been provided for the Sims 3 career choices, and Sims 4 has them listed since there's not many quite yet.  If you've already posted your app, please edit it in there if you can.  ^_^
