Because that has not been synthesized. If you're talking about the elements that were named in December that I talked about before, then yes; they thought they had made them in the past, but their existence was not confirmed by IUPAC/IUPAP until recently.

GIMP is more powerful but there is a learning curve. (Mine was done on paint.net )
