    Added a rule against bug abuse. Bugs should be reported and should NEVER be intentionally used, even if they have been reported.

    A new rule about making blanket/stereotypical statements about groups of people in political debates has been added. Additionally, the IRC-era NSFW rule has been updated to allow explicit NSFW content only in designated channels.
