We learned in school that although there are 3 capitals (Bloemfontein, Cape Town and Pretoria) the most important decisions still end up being made in Pretoria, and it is our de facto capital.

That reminds me of a conversation with my Northern Irish friend when we were talking about how he'd want a unified Ireland to be ran, and he pointed how any unified Ireland will have to be federalized; Not only due to the Protestant community up north, but due to Munster (southern ireland) strongly hating Dublin and Connacht (western ireland) being far poorer than the rest of the island. So he proposed not only dividing Ireland between four provinces (which is the norm among Irish Republicans), but because Dublin has a bad reputation of living in its own bubble, he wanted the capital to rotate between the capital cities of the provinces as well. It stuck with me as an extremely interesting idea. Why not rotate the capital between four cities? It's unorthodox, but it'd certainly have potential to work, and work very well.

@taulover, it's pretty bad. It's been declared a national disaster, and the day is fast approaching that there will be no more water in any citizen's taps in Cape Town. They're calling it Day Zero. A mismanagement of this scale is unheard of. Not even the ANC managed to fuck things up this badly. The DA must be proud.

@Mariam, it was a result of the Second Boer War. When we were defeated, it was decided that they didn't want to give any one city too much power, and decided to split the powers between each arm of the state, and appointed three cities as the capital for that arm, namely Judicial (Bloemfontein), Legislative (Cape Town) and Administrative (Pretoria). Since Pretoria is the seat of the president, though, it's the one that ends up making all the decisions anyway.

And Zuma officially resigned last night! Our new president will be chosen at 14:00 local time.

First Zuma, now Netanyahu is in trouble. Seems like turbulent times.

Another update: Ramaphosa is now the president of the country, as well.

It is actually effectively over, you're just wrong about who won. The game will end this night phase.

I mean, yeah, the Lannisters win by default if (CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH I DON'T WANT TO STATE BECAUSE THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF IT).
But I didn't want to, well, state those circumstances in case it denied someone the win.

My reasoning, though, was if it was three people + Varys, it didn't matter if (EXACT SAME CIRCUMSTANCES) - Varys could use his nighttime ability to frame someone, since he would definitively know the identity of at least one other person (because 13ricity would have scanned the night before), and would be able to force a 1:1 Lannister:Baratheon situation, even if he was himself voted off.
Since it's 4, though, the Lannisters are guaranteed a win unless (INDIVIDUAL) forgets (CIRCUMSTANCES).
It's not likely, since said individual has been employing said circumstances routinely - but it's always possible.

Hydra figured out he was screwed once he realized that Pycelle could use his power that night.

And the hunt is on for the Guptas. They fled their home in Sandton (a wealthy suburb in Jo'burg), and are being rotated amongst various safe houses by their legion of bodyguards. Jacob Zuma's son is also being hunted, but no one knows where he is, currently. A South African billionaire, Magda Wierzycka, has offered to match the bounties the state has put out for their arrests, meaning that any info leading to these people's locations and eventual arrest could lead to close to R1 000 000 being paid to said person.

It's only a matter of time until the hawks descend on Zuma himself.
