  • I've updated the OP! Just a reminder that all these prizes are in the form of Steam keys, so you need Steam in order to be able to claim anything from the bag. :)

  • Do you accept donations to your Game Bag? I have extra copies of following games:
    - Company of Heroes
    - Supreme Commander 2
    - Grid
    - BioShock
    - Contagion
    - Contraption Maker

Excluding Contagion and CM they are all Steam-keys from HumbleBundle purchases, HB site keeps a good track of what's used and what's not, i.e. I doubt I could gift keys that have already been used so this should be reliable. Contagion and CM are gift copies directly from Steam.

I might have more, I'm at school at the moment and I only went through my Humble bundles, I have also bundles from IndieGala and BundleStars that may have unused keys. I'll search them too if you accept donations. :P

I like this prize idea, there's certainly a good chance this'll create a lot of activity in the region. I believe that there might be other citizens willing to donate to this bag of yours.

  • Hey, tatte, I have a question. Are you running Windows 7/8/10 64-bit? If so, are you able to run some older games like BioShock and Crysis? Because I can't, for some reason.

  • @Laurentus I was able to launch and play BioShock as is. Crysis meanwhile turned out to be more problematic, it seems that I'm at a disadvantage with my FX-series processor and while there are vague patches for this, I don't feel like messing my system up with them.

There are often good guides in Steam Community Discussions, from there I found a quick fix for Fallout 3 for example.

    (I'm running a FX-8320 and a SLI set of two GTX 460.)

  • The moment I have to go to such lengths, I just end up never playing the game. I suppose I should dual-boot Windows XP to avoid this problem.

I'm running a 3rd gen i5, with 8GB RAM and a single GTX 970, so hardware is obviously not the problem here.

It's strange that BioShock gives me trouble, as everyone I talk to run it problem-free.

  • Haha, except that one of my friends has a similar setup (except he has a GTX 980) and yet he's able to run BioShock, while I'm not. He also can't run Crysis, though.

That would be awesome! I couldn't give you donation credit on the accounting page for it, but if you'd like to add your unused games to the pool that would be great. If you're still alright with that, I'll add it in when I get home later. :)

  • I reaaaaaally don't think we can justly call saints row IV underrated...
That game was hyped to all fucking shit and got pushed basically everywhere... The dildo bat alone is still pretty recognizable to anyone who plays a lot of AAA games...

  • I think you mean Saint's Row III, Reon. I have not come across the dildo bat in IV.

Many reviewers hated the game for some reason. I found it to be hilarious, as it made fun of just about every video game convention since the start of gaming.

  • The penetrator in Saints Row III and the Dildo Bat in Saints Row IV... It did have a bigger role in III but its available in both...
And the gimps unforgettably use them in IV.
I don't know... I suppose some of my thinking it's not underrated is because I have been forced to play it by more than 10 people because they think it's so goddamn great...
Like a lot of people, at least those I interact with, know and love this game... With its coop for many it is a staple for something to fuck around in... Like... I've just never been a saints row guy... Crass humor isn't my jam... And I feel like I've heard about this game a lot since it came out and I continue to...
