    Not from my perspective...it means all the regions are manned and ready for anything we might need to send. I can see how it would be from your perspective, though.

    I think we need to cap the number of appointments  so everyone  who has interest  to be an ambassador can have a chance to serve.  I am sure I am not the only one whonhas expressed interest in serving  as an ambassador.

    Limiting our resources is a poor idea... Particularly manning things... If you would like to use your manpower though, have you considered recruitment?
