Title
1. This bill shall be cited as the Definition of Public Act.
Amendment
2. Section 2 of the Definition of Public Act shall be amended to read:
2. The term public, when used in reference to Wintreath properties for the purposes of all Wintreath law, shall be defined as, "Any official Wintreath property that is available to any citizen that holds no office, position, ranking, or membership in any organization or body that exists within Wintreath. The term availability shall not be construed to cover things outside of Wintrean control which includes but is not limited to such things as technological availability, ability, internet access, and/or administrative punishments including, but not limited to, banning or muting. Public spaces do include but are not limited to the Wintreath Forums, the Wintreath official Discord, and the Wintreath IRC channel, #wintreath".
I recommend that someone motions to expedite, as this is a simple change I described in the agenda thread.
I also added a missing period at the end. (I did it after the quotes to stay consistent with other laws)

The quotation mark at the end is a curly quote, while the original was a straight quotation mark.
Would recommend making both of them straight quotation marks.

I've noticed that some devices are doing that automatically now. iOS, for instance (though it can be disabled).

I did... I'm sorry, I was away for holiday break stuff which I planned before I knew there was a chance that I would be nominated Speaker here and there were a lot of new posts when I came back and didn't see this new topic until now.
